Venkateswarlu has been associated with Sansthan activities since 2003. He graduated from JNTU college in India with an Electrical & Electronics Engineering degree. He worked as a Senior Manager in a Steel industry . Before migrating to NZ he worked as an industry promotion officer in India in Ministry of Industries, Govt of INDIA .

Hails from Hyderabad, AP, India. Worked as Agricultural officer, Bank of Baroda for 8 years and Export Manager, International Business Division, ITC Ltd for 10 years before migrating to New Zealand in 2001. Worked with ASB bank for 2 years in Auckland before moving to New Jersey, USA to associate with retail business for 5 years. Moved back to New Zealand and Franchisee for Bakers Delight, Pt Chevalier for 4 years.
Founder Secretary and Past President of the Sansthan. Instrumental in introducing innovative schemes like Donate a Brick, Automatic Payment Scheme that brought in substantial donations.

Nalinikanth Thadugoni MBA (Marketing)
Nalin completed his Master of Business Administration at Osmania University in 2005 and then moved to NZ in 2006 as a student. He is with Sai Baba Sansthan as a Baba Sevak since 2007. At the moment he is working at AA.
Born and brought up in Fiji. Worked for Bank of New Zealand (4 years) and Bank of Baroda (12 years) in FIJI before migrating to New Zealand in 1988.
Worked as a business advisor and insurance consultant before owning a franchised bulk Food Business ( BINN INN - 1992 to 2001).
Was self-employed as a business and financial consultant since 2002 before joining Patel & Associated Limited as a Administration Manager in 2010.
Past member of service organization such as APEX CLUB and JCI International (JAYCEESA). Also served on many sports, cultural and service organizations in Fiji and New Zealand and was the Treasurer of Fiji Lawn Tennis Association and Presidents of Nadi Sports Club and Fiji Gujarati Sports Association.
Served as an elected Town councialor in Nadi Town.
Had the opportunity to serve as a member of the Finance committee before the construction of the temple and was the chairman of the Temple committee.
Presently serving the Sansthan as an EC member since 2013.
I come from a family full of Sai Baba Devotees. I am a qualified Accountant and worked with Central Government Department in India before migrating to New Zealand in 1996.
I have been holding various portfolios in senior finance roles and been blessed by Baba to assume as Chief Financial Officer in Telco industry since last six years. I strongly believe in Baba's preachings and try my best to follow in real life.

Ravi Pondicherry Bcom., LLB : Born and brought up in Hyderabad, AP India. Worked for Indian Railways befoe migrating to New Zealand in 2001. Represented Indian Railways Cricket Team in Ranji Trophy. Qulified Coach with National Institute of Sports in Cricket and Level Coach in New Zealand, Coaching youngsters in New Zealand. Presently working in Rail Industry. Associated with Sai Sansthan since 2002 and member of EC few times earlier serving BABA

Shivani Arora by profession a teacher moved from Bahrain to New Zealand in 2000. At that time, Shivani experienced a change in career and now runs a couple of Nandos restaurants in Hamilton and Chaska Punjab Da in Epsom, Auckland.
Shivani was introduced to the Sansthan in 2001 and has ever since been a Sai Sevak. Shivani willingly shares her love for Sai Baba by actively contributing in the Sansthan and hopes to continue this into the future.
